My system is out of warranty do I still get any support?

ATHAR COMPUTER  provides free lifetime support. So even if your warranty has expired you may call or email our support team for assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Cash on Delivery and other payment methods depending on your country of residence.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy on all our products. Here are the details:

  • If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  • Please note that we can only accept returns on items that are in their original, unopened condition. If the item has been opened or used, we cannot accept it for return. Additionally, all items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
  • We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method when returning your item(s), as we are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees) to the original payment method used.
  • Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
